3 ½ oz. Modern Gin
1 oz. Honey Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
3 dashes Floral bitters
4 peach slices
Lavender sprig for garnish
Muddle 3 Peach Slices in you Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
Add Gin, Honey Syrup, Lemon Juice & Bitters.
Add ice. Shake to chill & dilute.
Strain into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
Garnish with Peach Slice and Lavender sprig.
