2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
¼ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
2-3 dashes aromatic bitters
orange peel (for garnish)
Add all ingredients in a hybrid cocktail glass.
Add 1-3 large pieces of ice and stir for 20 seconds.
Garnish with an orange peel.
