Pot of Gold

For this week's Friday Buzz we invite you to celebrate Irish Whiskey Day with a Pot of Gold cocktail. This is Jamie Behmer's twist on Milk & Honey's Gold Rush. The Pot of Gold is a magical mix of Irish Whiskey, honey syrup, lemon juice, and bitters. On top of that, it's finished with a pinch of edible gold dust, making it look like a cocktail straight out of the leprechaun's treasure chest!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • ¾ oz. Honey Syrup
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Lemon & Thyme Bitters (optional)
  • Lemon Wedge for Garnish
  • Edible Gold Dust for Garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients with ice in your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
  2. Shake to chill and strain over a large ice cube into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge and edible gold dust.
