One of the earliest cocktails, it's refreshing in its simplicity.
2 oz Gin
½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
soda water
Add syrup, juice, and gin to a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water and stir.
Garnish with cherry and lemon wheel or fresh herbs.
