Cocktails
Take this beloved sour and bring it up a notch with bourbon whiskey and gum syrup.
1 ½ oz amaretto
¾ oz overproof bourbon
¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
1 oz lemon juice
½ oz egg white
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.
Strain over fresh ice in a hybrid cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel and brandied cherry
