The Espresso Martini heads to the tropics for this wonderful riff. This recipe was pioneered in 2019 by Martin Hudak at Maybe Sammy in Sydney, Australia. You'll be surprised at how well these flavors come together!
½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
1½ oz. pineapple rum
½ oz. coffee liqueur (we like Mr. Black)
1 oz. espresso coffee (fresh & hot)
1 oz. pineapple juice
Add all ingredients to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with coffee beans.
