Every January, I promise myself that I will take time off throughout the year for some ME TIME. Maybe finally go to the UK over my birthday. Perhaps spend Halloween in Osaka or Tokyo. Maybe do the Kentucky Bourbon Trail for the first time. Even just a long weekend in at a cabin in the woods with a spectacular view and deep soaking tub. Every year I make this resolution, and every year I end up with almost all my PTO still unused by November. No magical adventures. No grand journeys. No real Me Time. Just me and my pup going on walks, watching holiday movies, and heating up Oprah’s Favorite Chicken Pot Pie from the Centerville Pie Company. Of course I have cocktails (my home looks like a liquor store/dive bar/speakeasy). Maybe next year I’ll get to do all the things. Maybe I’ll win the lottery, too. Cheers!

1 ½ oz. White Rum
¾ oz. Cranberry Juice
½ oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
½ oz. Lime Juice
¼ oz. Lemon Juice
¼ oz. Blood Orange Juice
Add ingredients into your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker with ice.
Shake 15-20 seconds.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with citrus wedge.
