2 ½ oz bourbon whiskey
½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
Muddle 5-10 mint leaves with gum syrup in a julep cup.
Fill with crushed ice and add bourbon.
Stir until cold and frosty, then top with more crushed ice.
Smack a mint sprig between your hands to express its oils, then garnish.
