Crisp, refreshing and full of fall flavor, the Spiced Pear Collins is an autumn-inspired twist on a timeless classic.

The Collins cocktail has been around since the 19th century, traditionally combining gin, citrus, sugar and soda water for a light, effervescent sip. Its origins are often linked to John Collins, a London bartender whose name became synonymous with the drink. While the history is a little hazy, one thing is certain: this classic has stood the test of time.

Our seasonal spin brings together gin, pear liqueur and fresh lemon juice with a touch of gingersnap syrup for just the right amount of warmth and spice. A splash of soda water adds a refreshing finish, allowing the botanicals and delicate pear flavors to shine. It's everything we love about fall in a glass.
